Need painting and remodeling help, Must be able to paint efficiently, brush, roll, trim, use sprayer for homes inside and out. Know how to clean up, masking, caulking. Miscellaneous tasks from cleaning to high end remodeling. Willing to teach the right person if needed, we do plumbing, electrical, some minor framing, sheetrock, taping, texturing, painting, some minor roofing, install doors, interior and exterior, etc. Everything to flip ugly home to desirable homes. Must be dependable and have own transportation, and have very limited use of cell phone when on the job. Wage from $20-$25/hour to start, DOE,
