Ledgeview Commercial Partners is looking for a full time Painter to start ASAP. Pay starts at $17/hr, negotiable depending on additional experience. Please send your resume via email for review. Details - The Maintenance Painter is responsible for performing duties to assist the Maintenance Manager, specifically in the painting of apartments, facilities, or other physical assets of the properties and the company. This is a full-time position, with a minimum of 30 hours per work week. Standard hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (inclusive of 2 paid, 15 min breaks and a 1-hour unpaid lunch break). Travel to and from the office to properties and/or stores, sub-contractor offices, etc. for company business is required. Managed properties are mostly in Manchester and Concord/Penacook. Required Education and Experience: High school diploma/GED or an equivalent number of years of apartment/facilities maintenance experience. Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
