Looking for someone to share 2000sqft commercial space

I run a small-ish custom woodworking business and I just moved to Missoula. As I'm sure anyone reading this knows, work space here is hard to come by. I'm not seeing a lot of options that fit my needs space-wise, but it seems like there are quite a few more spaces in the 2000-2500sqft range that could easily accommodate two or more small businesses. Its difficult to estimate exactly what our monthly rent would be, but I've been seeing spaces go for $2000-$3000 a month (after NNN) so maybe we can find something in the $1000-$1500/ea range? Another woodworker, artist, or fabricator would probably be the best fit, but I am open to considering sharing a space with people or businesses of just about any kind.
