What You’ll Do: - Diagnose, repair, service, and replace HVAC systems. You Should Have: - Commercial General Liability Insurance ($1M per occurrence/ $2M aggregate). - If you have W2 employees, the state minimum coverage for Workers Comp is required. - Experience working with single-family home investment properties (REITs). - Trade license if applicable. - Strong attention to detail & high-performance standards.
