Rehoming My Tiny Chihuahua Puppy

I have a 10 week old chihuahua puppy looking for a new home- he might be a little older but not 100%. I named him Alpha but he’s so young you could probably change his name to something else. He goes potty on dog pads, i don’t take him outside yet because he doesn’t have shots and he’s also not neutered. i got him from a bad situation! he’s good with kids and he’s good with other pets, including dogs, once he’s used to them. He’s seriously tiny. He will come with all his food (he eats dry and soft food mixed together), all his shirts (has a ton), his little collar, tons of toys and some treats. There is a rehome fee of $180 for him- to ensure he will go to a loving forever home. I want to keep him but i think he’s too tiny and i’m soooo terrified my son might accidentally step on him or something, also i live in an apartment complex and i would love for him to go somewhere with more space and yard.
