Pro level jazz/fusion/pop drummer with small drum kit (4pc.) seeking a new practice space. This would be a monthly rental agreement. Not hourly. It’s just me. I have no other musicians with me. Happy to share a space with others. Must be able to accommodate my own private kit (small 4pc. kit). No required tear-downs after I practice. I do not practice on other people’s kits, house kits, etc. Space must be free of moisture, secure, reasonable ventilation. Daytime practice hours only.
