I need someone to get sandbags and put them up

I need someone with their own truck or van to fill sandbags and put them in the front and back of my business in Ponte Vedra Beach. It needs to be a lot of sand bags. The store front is about 20 feet wide and the back is about 3 feet wide. I want 3 layers stacked of sandbags. Please respond with how soon you can start and finish. I will pay $100 (or best bid) for the job. This needs to be done quickly!
