Dishwashers and Chefs Needed for ACL Festival - Oct 3-16

A+ Staffing is seeking experienced dishwashers, action chefs, sous chefs and prep chefs to work with our clients onsite at the Austin City Limits catering tent. The catering tent will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner to the hardworking crew behind the Austin City Limits festival from October 3 - October 17. Dishwashers are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils through manual and machine cleaning methods. Additionally, dishwashers are expected to keep the dishwashing area clean and safe. Previous experience operating a commercial dishwasher and working in a busy and fast paced environment is required. Chefs must have experience producing high volumes of high quality food in a busy and fast paced environment. ACTION CHEFS: Primarily eggs to order and omelet stations. PREP CHEFS: Must have excellent knife skills. DATES: Wednesday, October 3 - Monday, October 17 TIMES: Shifts vary. Flexibility preferred. LOCATION: Zilker Park - 2207 Lou Neff Rd, Austin, TX 78746 IMPORTANT: This event takes place during the Austin City Limits festival. Access to the park will be heavily restricted to vehicular traffic. Free staff parking and a shuttle is provided from Barton Creek Square Mall. PAY: $22.00 per hour for Dishwashers, $24.00- $25.00 per hour for chefs (paid weekly via direct deposit). We are a W-2 company. All staff must be able to fulfil I-9 requirements and furnish two valid forms of ID at the time of onboarding.
