QUALITY INSPECTOR - Fowlerville, MI. (1) position available - 1st Shift - 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (up to seven-days per week if required) (2) positions available - 2nd Shift - 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm (up to seven-days per week if required) Must be willing to drive to Fowlerville and have reliable transportation. Please do not apply if you are unable to drive to Fowlerville, Area. Quality inspection of automotive parts, Must be able to lift up to 20lbs PPE required: Steel toes. Safety glasses safety vest and face masks will be provided. Good attendance is a must! Must have reliable transportation Must be able to stand for long hours Able to read and write Summary of the Quality Inspector: Inspect parts per written instruction supplied by customer or CER Management as effectively and efficiently as possible Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Quality Inspector: Inspects designated materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual or dimensional inspection; rejecting and recording unacceptable materials Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations Education and Experience requirements of the Quality Inspector: High School Diploma / GED preferred Previous inspection experience preferred Skills / Qualifications of the Quality Inspector: Documentation skills Verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Positive and professional attitude Ability to pass required vision tests applicable to task required In addition to the previous mentioned roles and responsibilities, employees must comply with their direct supervisor's request(s) to participate in special projects or complete tasks that fall outside the scope of this job description The ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills, Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and written (English Required) All applicants must comply to drug screen and background check if required, provide a valid driver's license and be over the age of 18-years-old
