Need yard cleaned up

Hello, I am looking to get some yard clean up done. I have a bunch of yard bags that have ripped over the last bit that I need re-bagged as well as a couple piles of sticks / yard refuse that need to be bagged. I also need the following two areas cleared of vegetation. The first picture I need the vegetation completely removed /pulled & bagged. (Also need that area dug down 2'' or so if youre interested in that as well). The 2nd picture i need at least cut down and bagged. Im not looking to remove the trees / flowers, just focusing on the overgrowth and weeds. Ill also need all bags set up in the front yard so I can move them to the road for the next city pick up.
