General labor This is a general labor position someone who has skills in several fields but NOT a master of one trade. Below is a list of some tasks that we might take care of during the day. We are a real estate company, so we work on homes for sale and some for rent. Landscaping, Mow some lawns, do some mulching, trim trees, and shrubs. Vehicles We have a few small trucks and cars that we wash and detail clean them periodically..... if we can we do light maintenance on them. For example oil change, break jobs to name a few. Clean outs Remove and dispose of personal items and junk from properties Small repairs Lock changes, blinds, light fixtures, ceiling fans, what we call handyman repairs. Pay is $17 to $20 per hour based on your experience I’m looking for someone who wants to work, with a good attitude that gets the job done, drug and drama free. No disrespect but don’t waste my time if you’re not a worker, I have heard all the bullshit stories!
