We give you materials with your code, cards with $10 of user credit and small flyers for coffee shops and so on. When a new user downloads the Gather Social app (launching in mid October on the app stores) and enters the $10 credit they become your customer. You can also distribute your codes using social media or by text to people you know and in meetup or Facebook groups… up to you … be creative and have fun with this. For example here is a fun line to use in a brew pub: ‘Okay… who here is married? … pause … these are not for you then’ :-) Hand your cards to the others and ask them to share your code with their single friends. Tell them Tinder and Bumble are a waste of time and that real face-to-face social events, ones that are actually good, are the best way to meet new people. They may ask if it is like ‘speed dating’ and you can tell them unequivocally, no! So what is Gather Social then? Gather provides an alternative to existing dating apps for people who prefer to meet socially, in-real-life. Unlike Tinder and Bumble, Gather invites groups of 8 to 12 people, arranged according to metrics of 'desirability,' near equal male to female balance, and a constrained age range of about +/- five years to one hour long, hosted, gatherings held in decent quality restaurants and brew pubs. Invitations are extended according to user defined scheduling and location preferences. Gather is free to join, use and receive invitations and NO contracts or membership fees exist. Events themselves are $25 to attend (but these ticket prices are discounted by the $10 credits given out). Events are designed to be a casual and rewarding entertainment experience, regardless of whether friendship or dating interest is to be found. At the end of each event, Gather guests simply grant messaging permission to one another to enable further chat. Private contact information need not be shared unless a later decision to do so is made. Additional details are available on our FAQ at: Ambassador commission is 40% of the net price of the first ticket and 20% of the net price of all tickets purchased for the 12 months following the date of their first purchase. That works out to roughly $30 to $35 assuming the user were to buy seven tickets over a 12 month period. If you sign up a few hundred users just by getting codes out it could, over a period of time, really start to add up. Keep signing up new users and build a passive income stream.
