We are seeking a CLEANING MANAGER to perform the following responsibilities: - Manage cleaning staff and housekeeping supplies - Schedule cleaning staff and assign staff to clean properties as needed for each home - Hire and train new cleaning staff as needed - Manage housekeeping supplies and supplies storage room - Purchase housekeeping supplies as needed - Assist with cleaning if/when needed. Must be willing to clean the properties whenever the number of properties requiring cleaning exceeds the number of available cleaning staff. (FYI: this should not occur often, because the majority of the properties rent for a minimum of one month, and therefore it is uncommon that several properties will require cleaning at the same time.)
