We are LithtexNW, a commercial printing operation that is part of Northwest Center, a non-profit organization based here in Washington that is focused on supporting and advocating for individuals with disabilities. Our team is currently seeking a Mail Room Clerk for our growing team in Bellingham! We are flexible on start times between 7 am and 9 am, totaling approximately 20 hours per week. This position will include prepping and supporting deliveries, help organize and maintain inventory, and work collaboratively with internal departments. Experience in the printing or manufacturing industry is a plus, but training will be provided. Make the LEAP and apply TODAY! - Location: Bellingham (Kentucky St.) Wage: DOE Hours: Monday – Friday, Part-Time (morning shift but flexible hours available!) Essential Duties ✦ Packaging, labeling, and arranging shipments ✦ Keeping records of goods that have been shipped and received ✦ Helping maintain company inventory ✦ Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs ✦ Some light customer service both in person and via phone and email Requirements ✦ Prior printing or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required – training will be provided ✦ Strong attention to detail is a must ✦ Ability to lift boxes of paper stock 15lbs – 35lbs and occasionally 50lbs+ ✦ Regular and punctual attendance ✦ Flexibility to shift between projects and equipment as needed ✦ A willingness to learn and take on additional duties – there is room to grow within this position At Northwest Center, we do not just accept diversity and inclusion — we celebrate it, support it, live it, and flourish in it to benefit our employees, the community, and our clientele.
