We have several communities that will need the attention and skills, to play a key role at our communities in the Kent/Tukwila areas. Our Grounds Keeper is an integral part of resident satisfaction. They are responsible for the curb appeal and overall cleanliness of the grounds. Required to complete tasks by a deadline. • Additional – May have to at times use a leaf blower, shovel snow if weather permits. Must have a vehicle able to haul, both materials and often a variety of debris. Must communicate well as to when starting, breaking, or finishing each task. Must have great organizational skills. Required Qualifications: Efficient problem solving skills are a MUST as each day can present a new challenge Must be able to work independently and with a crew Customer service oriented Organized with attention to detail Must be able to prioritize tasks and be self-motivated Should be tech savvy enough to use online time sheets. • High School Diploma or equivalent required • Previous experience as a Grounds Keeper is preferred, however not required. • May be required to help with coverage at sister properties Drivers License, reliable vehicle and vehicle insurance required and must be able to pass a background check.
