Qualifications: • Must have knowledge of WA state grade standards. • Must have basic computer knowledge. • Must have great verbal and written communication skills. • Must have good leadership abilities. • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. • Must be able to supervise/train employees. • Must be able to work with little or no supervision. • Oracle, Discover knowledge is a plus. • Previous supervisor experience preferred. • Must be flexible with working schedule. • Bilingual is a plus. Duties: • Assist QA supervisor in daily operations. • Develop and maintain knowledge of product specifications and grade levels. • Monitor Production Lines to ensure grade specifications are being met. • Give accurate and timely feedback on product conditions. • Monitor product quality individually and through QC staff. • Ensure SQF, cleanliness and safety standards are maintained continuously. • Evaluate and ensure individual customer standards are met. • Provide excellent customer services. • Train new employees. • Provide feedback to line supervisor concerning fruit quality and standards. • Additional duties may be assigned based on department needs.
