Found a tabby cat

Does anyone own this guy? He's been living off us for the last couple years. Has had injuries and was out in all weather over the last several years, including during that 112 degree heat wave and the ice storm that took out the electricity. We are thinking of trying to take him on as our own cat, but wanted to make sure he was abandoned not lost. If he's yours, please message back.
