Description
I have a no-name moped that won't keep running. I changed the spark plug, coil, fuel filter, and battery. I'm pretty sure there is some kind of vacuum leak. I can trailer it to Chico, Gridley, Live Oak but I will not leave it and pick it up later. If diagnosed by FaceTime I can pay by Chime, PayPal, Pop-Money, or Facebook Pay.
