We operate a small precast shop that makes everything from architectural precast to concrete countertops. We are looking for someone to assist in the management of our shop, Experience in this field is preferred along with any experience working with concrete. Experience working with wood for our mold making process is a plus. Applicant must be able to manage up to 6 people and be well organized to provide daily production reports. We provide stable work as we have been in business for 22 years, We also will provide a truck allowance if you qualify. Minimum Requirements; - 3+ years of general construction experience. - 3+ years of wood working experience (Miter saws, skill saws, etc..) - Ability to foster good working environment - Problem solver - Driven by QUALITY CONTROL - 3+ years of supervisory experience - Must have Valid DL
