Let's see MollyMaid do that ;) Qualifications: Preferred Qualification: 1+ years paid house cleaning experience 1 professional and 3 personal references Speak English (conversational okay) Have your own reliable transportation and cleaning supplies Have or be willing to get Business Liability Insurance (all contractors must carry Liability Insurance - we can help you secure yours) Working with Genie Clean is simple. You tell us your availability, what areas you want to work in and what types of cleanings you will accept. We send you the cleaning job offers regularly based on what you ask for. We take care of advertising, phone estimates, customer service, scheduling and billing for the clients. You take care of providing exceptional cleaning services and get 50% of each job, which equals $25-$40 per cleaning hour. (cleaners who successfully stay with our company for 6 months receive 60% of each job) You're able to keep your already established clientele. We're just here to help you gain more business!
