Dear Artists/ Culinary Arts/ Yoga & Natural Health Practitioners, General price plan for art studio space & office rental: *900 for large room, 750 for smaller room. 450 for shared spaces.] Im Mon, an artist and art community developer (yogi, interior designer & model photographer of fine art) My goal is to make well rounded art communities and affordable art studio residencies for artists and creative professionals across the US. Because of high rental costs, I seek workspace lofts and gather artist peers to build communities/ collective for fine artists, natural health & regenerative living practitioners. Now I have a semi-furnished loft in Staten Island, looking for fine artists, creative professionals, yoga practitioners, herbal culinary artists to join our space [private or shared, preferred long term]. The Staten Island Loft is 2200 sq ft. It has 3 private office rooms - 1 large, 2 medium. 2 large open spaces, an accessible rooftop, and 1 bathroom. [See in pictures] [See Price plan and the plan of Loft in photos] There are also 2 large open spaces. that can booked for classes, culinary art classes, yoga, open gallery, or photoshoots. [See photos and price plan below] My preference is to support artists, creative professionals, holistic health practitioners [yoga, herbal, vegetarian/vegan/herbal culinary art], and climate control / regenerative living businesses. Location: The loft is located in Stapleton Staten Island, 10 minute ride to NYC ferry. It is the closest part of Staten Island to NYC, Brooklyn, and Jersey City. If you dont want the ferry there is also public transportation to Manhattan and Brooklyn [see pictures of maps with timing]. You can also click maps bottom right of the ad to find directions. Transportation: Lower Manhattan: 25 minute ferry ride or to lower Manhattan. Bayridge, Brooklyn: about 1 hr 15 min. Jersey City: Approx 1.5 hr General Price Plan: Open spaces for photo shoots, classes and gallery event By the hour: 80 By the day 9 - 5 : 400 Shared space: 500 + util Private: rent + util [can share] [In detail - Large room/ medium rooms 4 months - 950 / 800 8 months - 925 / 775 1 year 900 / 750] Utilities water, electricity, gas not included: 50 - 75/m for monthly renters Include light cleaning around open work space.
