Demolition Contractor needed for residential condo rehab project. Priorities in selecting a contractor for this project will be based on cost, availability and time to completion. Scope of services includes but is not limited: • Removal of all ceiling light fixtures • Removal of all electrical cover plates • Removal of all interior door hardware, with all doors to be labeled and stored in basement • Removal of all closet doors and hardware • Removal of kitchen cabinets and counter top • Removal of fiberglass bath tub • Removal of all bathroom vanities • Removal of toilets, with toilets to be stored in basement • Removal of all flooring, including carpet, tile, laminate, carpet padding and tack strips • Removal of drop ceiling in basement Contact Jay to set up a time to view the project and submit bid.
