Who You Are: We are looking for a highly technical and professional, residential service technician who is customer oriented and goes above and beyond to make sure that each customer is satisfied with our services. A team player, responsible for providing general HEATING repair and services. This position also handles utilizes customer service training to educate and assist customers in choosing services, products, and financing options. Main Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC /plumbing systems Travel to job sites in the designated service areas, and work with dispatcher to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to the customer Assist customers in evaluating repair vs. replace options Maintain proper upkeep of parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle Provide excellent customer service Job Requirements: 3 Years minimum experience in residential HVAC services Clean driving record Willingness to work overtime and be on call shifts as needed Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds Plumbing skills are A+ Why Join Our Team?
