We are seeking a motivated, focused and energetic Sales Associate Full Time to become an integral part of our team! Responsibilities: -Welcome and identify customer needs for storage, commercial and warehouse space -Discuss available inventory, rental regulations and rates to customers over the phone and via email -Follow up with all customers promptly -Monitor inventory -Enter and process customer leases -Daily walk throughs including lock checks and cleaning units as needed -Perform daily functions of running the facility Qualifications: -Previous experience in sales and customer service -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment -Self-motivated and organized -Strong communication skills Other: -Health insurance after 90 days of full-time employment -Paid major holidays -7 personal/sick days -Two weeks paid vacation after completion of one-year full-time employment
