No other band rooms in the building 24/7/365 Access Main Room, Control Room, Kitchen, Toilette. The pictures are a couple of years old. The rooms are empty now. A new carpet will be added to the main room & possibly the control room. New trim and foot boards will be added to the main room. (3in. brown fir strip and 4 in footboard) The entrance, landing will have the same carpet with added base board lighting, and fresh paint. $1,500 a month + electricity.
