I need to hire a new person to do on-site stuff for my rental business: - Start $17/ hour - Need to be available two days / week spread apart by a couple days (ie Tuesdays and Fridays) - Will do property showings & basic maintenance - 1099 to start - 60 day probationary period then $20/ hour and will get company email and gas comp - most important trait: be reliable.
