vocational trade carpentry teacher student project

Description

I have a house in North Haven that needs all rooms gutted (NOT including kitchen and bathroom). Will need to add more electrical outlets and install new sheetrock on ceilings and walls. Possibly do all taping and paint, too. Hardwood floors will need repair, sanding and refinish. New flooring in 2 or 3 rooms. I was thinking this might be a good project for a vocational school teacher and students. There is no time frame, house is currently empty. Let me know if this is something you're interested in or if you can point me in the right direction to find someone who can help me with this. Thanks.
