Join us for an informative session to learn how we can support those in our communities who may be experiencing violence at the hands of their partner. We will be welcomed by Rick Dominic, Director of Missions, and Chris Morris, Pittsburg County Sheriff, who will provide an introduction to our topics and speakers. Our speakers will discuss the dynamics and myths associated with domestic violence, as well as how to have difficult conversations with grace. Following this, one survivor will share her story. Our morning will conclude with an opportunity for Q&A with all speakers. These sessions are offered in partnership with KIBOIS Domestic Violence Program, Pittsburg County Baptist Association, and the District Attorney Council. We utilize a non-denominational approach and welcome members of all faith communities.
