Lolli has a professional Chefs degree from Cambridge School of Culinary Art and a health coaching degree from Dr. Sears LEAN Institute. She is also an International Marketing Director with the JuicePlus Company. A born nurturer and a connector of people, Lolli's "straight Talk" gets to the heart of challenges almost all parents face in getting kids to eat nutritionally well; not so they will just survive, but so they will THRIVE. Through her love of food and teaching in the kitchen, Lolli supports parents where they need it most, armoring up around the family dinner table. You can find out more about Lolli at: WWW.LEES-ONLIFE.COM and contact her at: [email protected] Parent and Mental Fitness Coach Avery Russell is the host of the Parent Community Group meetings every month at the Lynch Van Otterloo YMCA. Her unique training helps parents set aside what worries them so they have more energy and time to be with and enjoy their kids. Avery works with parents to build stronger connections and relationships with their kids who they love, but are exhausted by. Parents worry about many things they themselves never faced when they were young, such as mental health, depression, social media distractions, screen time, and gaming. Working with Avery, parents begin to understand what triggers their worry, stress, and negative reactions when their kids act out. Avery is a certified Positive Intelligence Coach and has been helping parents navigate raising their kids since 2017. Having stayed home with her own four kids, she understands the highs and lows of parenting and brings her experience and life coaching skills to every parent she works with.
