Breathwork and Guided Meditation to Balance Feminine & Masculine Energies

This is the first in a series of four weekly meditations/group healings combining different breathwork techniques, meditation practices, and healing modalities, each focusing around a specific central theme. This coming Friday, we will work on balancing our feminine & masculine energies, starting by learning a simple breathwork technique that you can practice at home, which serves to clear the two main lateral energy channels in our bodies. This will be followed by a guided meditation where you will be supported by the Divine Light of Reiki to help clear past, present, or future blockages while receiving the angelic frequencies of the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine, with the intention of balancing these two energies in your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies. As a gift, you will receive a quartz crystal attuned to your personal frequency and charged with these energies so they can continue to run in the background and support you throughout the week.
