24/7 EMERGENCY Construction & Restoration company is currently hiring full time Restoration Technicians! Potential candidates that have a janitorial or construction background are encouraged to apply. Some of the duties include: -Responding to properties affected by water and fire damage -Perform pack-out of contents, contents cleaning and building cleaning -Remove damaged materials, such as drywall, insulation, baseboards, flooring, etc -Demolition, disposal and hauling of affected materials -Set up drying equipment and monitor as needed -Document the damages with photos and completing paperwork -Drive and operate company truck to job sites -Be available for evening and weekend hours when on rotation as we are a 24/7 disaster response company Qualifications: -Must be able to respond to service calls after-hours and during inclement weather -Must be able to work in an environment that has suffered fire, water and wind damage -Must have a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record -Ability to lift up to 40 lbs -Restoration experience and IICRC certification preferred, but we will train the right person. Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Depending on experience
