Join us for a free meditation circle overlooking the ocean. We will have a brief introduction on the powerful effects of meditation, how to meditate, and then a group meditation circle. No experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome, whether you have been meditating for 90 years or never at all, it will be a beautiful experience for everyone. The powerful effects of meditation are amplified in a group setting, so think about your intention that you would like to bring in to your life.
We will be on the grass area at Linda Lane just above the beach trail, right over the ocean and overlooking the pier. Bring a blanket to sit/lay on and wear cozy, comfy clothes.
