Maintenance Worker II

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our high-performing Housing Authority in the role of Maintenance Worker II. In this key role, you will help low-income individuals ensure they have safe sanitary housing.
DEFINITION/PURPOSE: Perform a wide variety of unskilled, semi-skilled and skilled maintenance and repair to the interiors and exteriors of residential units and other Housing Authority (“Authority”) owned, leased or managed buildings, grounds, facilities, and equipment, as assigned. Assists in the evaluation of maintenance needs for the assigned buildings, grounds, facilities and equipment and assists in the planning for and scheduling of preventive maintenance.
Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred. Prior maintenance or trade experience required.

Salary: $27.07– $32.90/hour
