Our real estate company is looking for a jack-of-all-trades handyman/construction foreman to make repairs on existing units and occasionally oversee renovations and simple new construction. Job Duties include: - Wall framing and sheet-rocking - Basic plumbing repairs and installation - Basic electrical repairs - Unit turnover repairs including patching walls, painting, and cleaning - Occasionally overseeing other workers - Communicating issues found in units back to management - Painting unit interiors - Making determinations on whether a repair requires a specialist - Going to hardware stores and other vendors to pick-up supplies Soft skills: - Honesty and trustworthy - Proactive — ability to see an issue and take initiative - Prompt and efficient - Bilingual with Spanish is a plus If this sounds like you, please respond with a resume and a little bit about yourself. Compensation is $27.50 - $35 per hour depending on experience. 40 hours a week full-time, with some overtime when needed. Must have a valid ID and drivers license.
