Landscape Construction Crew Leader/Foreman $30-$45 per hour

We specialize in residential irrigation system installations, drought tolerant and edible landscape design, rainwater catchment and greywater system installations, and hardscape, deck and stone wall installations. LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION CREW LEADER / FOREMAN - $30 to $45 per hour depending on experience • Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a lead position, 5 years’ experience overall • Must have proven track record of successfully managing crews of 2 - 5 • Must have clean and current California Driver's License • Must own reliable truck and basic landscape construction tool set • Must be able to speak, read, and write in English and manage daily paperwork • Must possess advanced working knowledge of the following o Plant installation and care (ID, planting, pruning, fertilizing, pest ID, problem solving) o Irrigation troubleshooting, timers, installation, maintenance, and repair o Stonework (brick, flagstone, walls, etc.) o Carpentry (fences, decks, walls, etc.) • Must be able to lift 50lbs
