TWO DAY CELEBRATION Join us on October 14 for our inaugural Golf Outing and October 15 for the inaugural Northwest Golf Outing and Fall Festival. One day following the Golf Outing, you are invited to our large-scale cultural celebration at the Fitness Farm from 2 p.m to 7 p.m. This day will include family and adult games and activities, vendors, food, live music and everything from Zumba to face painting. Proceeds from both events will support community development efforts and programming aimed to improve the quality of life for northwest residents. We work to introduce and maintain affordable housing options, spur economic development and enhance public infrastructure and greenspaces. ABOUT THE CDC Crooked Creek Northwest Community Development Corporation (CDC) was formed in 1998 to enhance the quality of life for area residents by serving as a convener responsible for leading efforts to increase economic mobility and build a healthier neighborhood. We serve neighborhoods south and east of I465, north of Crawfordsville Road, and west of Springmill Road. Indianapolis' far northwest area is a diverse community where people of every generation, ethnicity and culture are in harmony with nature and each other. It is a place where the past is revered, and the future is embraced with equal enthusiasm. The CDC's efforts to make this area a healthier place to live, play, work and worship will be pursued through a vision painted by the people. Our mission is to facilitate resident-led discussions and implement strategies that develop a supply of affordable housing, spur economic development, create beautiful spaces and strengthen pathways for increased economic opportunities.
