Join Adair and all of us at Renew for a group guided Flow Breath Workshop. Flow Breath is a guided practice using patterns of open-mouth breathing, breath suspension and focus to infuse the body with oxygen and Prana. By consciously bringing in oxygen and Prana, the rejuvenating life force into the body, we alkalize our cells and initiate cleansing on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. Deep relaxation is created by releasing tension from deep within the cells. This practice brings vibrant energy, healthy blood flow and expanding consciousness.
We can infuse the body with oxygen and consciousness, waking and stirring what’s held within to be released, refined and transformed.
What to bring: A yoga mat, water bottle, a blanket and two pillows.
