We will engage your hearing with guided abundance meditations, your sight with creative boards, your taste with healing foods, and your touch by engaging in therapeutic sensory! Co-hosted by Ariel Preston, LPC and Assistant Director of Academic Success and Coordinated Care, who will be giving a mental health perspective on achieving goals and commitment to yourself!
