Genesys Works' mission is to provide pathways to career success for high school students in underserved communities through skills training, meaningful work experiences, and impactful relationships. For students in our Business Technology track, the cornerstone of their 8- week Summer Training is the Cisco Networking Academy. By partnering with Cisco on an open house event, our goal is to share the impact of Cisco's support on our program and highlight our work to support students from the South and West sides of Chicago as they pursue careers in technology.
