TBRI® Learning and Connecting Group provides support for adoptive, foster and kinship caregivers who are familiar with Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI®). Certified TBRI® Practitioners will lead the group to help you address behavioral challenges, learn how to implement TBRI® and identify & meet specific needs. Each group will begin by Learning a specific TBRI® tool and how to implement it in your home. The group will also be a place for Connecting with other parents going through similar struggles and finding hope for positive family change. Come join us for this weekly group and grow as a TBRI parent! This group meets on Tuesdays, from 10am-12:00pm at the PEACE Center (1 Purpose Drive, Lake Forest, CA 92630). These groups do not meet in the Summer. They will resume in September 2022. September dates - 6th, 13th, 27th (20th attend together special speaker event Foster to PhD) October dates - 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th November - 1st, 15th, 29th December - 6th, 13th This group is led by Certified Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI®) Practitioners: Tristen McGhee, adoptive mom & Brenda Crary, MFT. This class is a part of Orange County's Foster & Kinship Care Education Series (FKCE) to help you stay current with best practices in parenting.
