The Wave is back! This immersive guided sunset silent disco experience is designed for physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing by licensed psychotherapist, dance therapist Julia Grace. Join us this autumn season for a sunset to remember. Kids and dogs welcome! What is the Wave? The Wave is a guided mindful silent disco. With guided facilitation and intention, we dance, liberate, and celebrate through a movement and musical journey. Dance to be well, Dance to be free, Dance to belong. All of you is welcome. Come solo or with friends. You belong here! Event Flow: 5:00-5:30PM : Check-in starts; mingle and stretch 5:30-6:45PM : Guided silent disco dance journey 6:45-7:00PM : sunset meditation+ closing circle What to bring: water bottle, extra warm layers for warmth and the final meditation. NOTE: Our location is on SANTA MONICA BEACH not Venice! At the bottom of South Beach Park Playground at 3400 Barnard Way. Between Lifeguard Tower #28 & #29. A portion of the proceeds of ticket sales and donations, supports ALMA, our non profit organization that addresses loneliness and isolation in seniors citizens through movement, arts, and intergenerational connection!!
