It’s time to get back into the swing of things for an in-person learning and social event at Suite Shots in Fargo – hosted by Fisch Tech! Thursday, October 27 from 4:00 – 7:00pm You’ll rub elbows with leaders from the top call center providers such as LiveVox, Genesys, and Infinite Green, plus industry experts at TBI! You’ll have the opportunity to hear from these pros in a valuable and educational Q&A panel session. Discussion topics will be centered around customer/total experience challenges that businesses are experiencing today. You’ll find out about how contact center administrators and business leaders are leveraging technology to maximize value and achieve strategic business objectives.
