Join Local 919 Craft Beer + Fine Wine and Nate Harry of Advintage Distributing for an educational class on the highly popular Pétillant-Nat (natural sparkling) wines. These wines are made in the methode ancestrale-style, meaning the wine is bottled before primary fermentation. Nate will educate everyone on the history of these wines made without any additives – which means lower in sugar and alcohol for the health-conscious wine drinker. Guests will sample 4 Pet Nat wines from Portugal, Austria, Germany and the United States – and pair them up with dark chocolate and strawberries.
