Join us on Saturday, October 8th, and learn about the 3 "B's" of Italy! OWC GM and Sommelier, Monica, will lead you through a tour of Italy's 3 "B's": Barbaresco, Barolo, and Brunello. As a special treat, we have guest Sommelier and Italian Wine professional, Paul Foss, who will also be leading the class! Our Somms will spend time explaining the regions, the wines and it's characteristics, and then comparing and contrasting the wines.
