Register today to come compete in our fun Cornhole Tournament to help raise money to provide mammograms for local women. The event is on Thursday, October 13 from 4:00-7:00 pm at Forsyth Plastic Surgery in Winston-Salem. All proceeds will go to the Novant Health Foundation. Register here and a representative from Novant Health Foundation will follow up to collect your registration fee. Register as a team or as an individual! Team registration is $100. Individual registration is $50. Corporate sponsorships are $200. A representative from Novant Health Foundation will call to get your tax-deductible contribution after you register. Novant Health Foundation is a registered 501c3 non-profit organization. Forsyth Plastic Surgery is the Readers' Choice #1 Cosmetic/Plastic Surgery Center in Winston-Salem.
