This class is for new and seasoned agents that want to be educated on what we are seeing in the lending world! We have a new landscape now with higher rates and more expensive homes. How are we convincing buyers to not wait and that buying real estate is still your best investment. How are we preapproving them with higher rates? How the loan preapprovals are more important than ever with not only making sure they are truly qualified but that the agent understands what it will take to buy a house in 2022. Credit, Income, Down Payment. We have to be educating our clients now more than ever! Also, Market Update - where are we headed with rates and how is this going to impact your sales? See you there- Stephanie Medlock The Club is located on the 7th floor of 22 WestEdge. There is free two-hour parking in the garage above Publix next door to our building at 10 WestEdge. To park, please enter the garage via Horizon Street and park on the 3rd floor. If you are a Member, you can bring your parking ticket to the Club for validation. Once parked, take the elevators down to the ground level, exit the building and cross the street to 22 WestEdge. Access the elevators to the 7th floor in the main lobby. If you have any questions regarding parking, please call 843-723-9680. Luncheon is held in the "Honor" and "Respect" dining/board rooms. Dress code is business casual, no jeans, hats, flip flops allowed.
