SVN is hosting CCIM's October Have's and Want's at 24 California Ave. This iconic property sits on the corner of California Avenue and S. Virginia Street in the California Avenue District and in the Downtown/Midtown submarket of Reno, NV. The District has long hosted a myriad of restaurants, retailers, and small businesses. Currently, three office and retail spaces are available ranging from ± 1,328 - 6,389 SF. The Strand provides shared outdoor patio space, heavy pedestrian usage and impressive demographics.
