The Lofts at Fondren Hill, an upscale apartment community situated on Lakeland Dr., directly across the street from UMMC, is seeking a general laborer for an immediate opening. Responsibilities include preparing apartments for new occupants, caring for the swimming pool, and caring for our landscaping. We offer a base pay of $18.00 per hour, and after 90 days we offer healthcare, 401-K with a 50% match, and 25% off the rent if you choose to live at Lofts at Fondren Hill.
