We are a National Public Adjusting Firm licensed in the State of Florida and Texas. With hurricane Ian making landfall into the Tampa area we are looking for Roofing Estimators to perform our inspections. Job Duties: - Thorough understanding of insurance industry and performing a proper roof inspection for damages. - Ability to assess damage, mark up the roof, and take detailed photos for a comprehensive estimate. - Knowledgeable and proficient in Xactimate. - Able to put together an estimate that abides by Federal, State, and County code requirements. - Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory OSHA standards. - Very detailed oriented in order to supplement line items efficiently to maximize the claim. - Operate well in high volume and create estimates in a timely fashion without reducing quality of work. - Must calendar inspections and keep track of your schedule in a punctual manner. Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years Residential/Commercial Roofing Experience and Estimating. - Must have the necessary tools to perform proper roof inspections (ex. Ladder, Chalk, Measuring Tools, Boots, Phone Camera etc.) - Valid driver's license and car. - Must be able to lift 20+ lbs and regularly bend, climb, and kneel on the job. - Authorized to work in the US.
