Need a General Contractor to pull permits, can compensate accordantly.
This is for a tiny structure, tiny home like that is almost completely built already by myself owner with prior permits. City just needs someone with license to pull permit to issue occupancy status, after some small modifications. Already have subs and materials, just it looks most likely permit and very light oversight.
Understand job is small. However I also hold real estate license, so can potentially pay it forward somehow.
